Lifetime Limited Warranty Details

InfoCase, Inc. warrants all Fieldmate cases, except where noted, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by misuse or accident. In the sole discretion of InfoCase, Inc. any case covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced upon its return to InfoCase per the provisions below. Any liability, either expressed or implied is limited to replacement or repair of the product. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchasing individual/organization only.

In no event shall InfoCase, Inc. be liable for any consequential or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of business information or damage to computer equipment or other contents) arising out of the use of this carrying case. In any event, InfoCase, Inc.'s entire liability under any provision of this limited warranty shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the original purchaser for this carrying case.

Unless otherwise arranged or contracted, buyer must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number code from InfoCase then return the defective case prepaid. InfoCase, Inc. will then return the case prepaid back to you (the shipper or other if specified) after repair or replacement.

Damaged cases not covered by warranty may be returned for repair at a reasonable charge. If desired, a new replacement case may be purchased at a special discount under certain circumstances. If not covered by a replacement program, please call to get an #, return the case, and we will call you with the repair cost for your authorization.

One Year Limited Warranty Details

InfoCase, Inc. warrants all Classmate, Endo, Endo360, Endo-X, ModuFlex, and ProMobile cases, except where noted, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by misuse or accident. In the sole discretion of InfoCase, Inc. any case covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced upon its return to InfoCase per the provisions below. Return Information

We warrant all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. To obtain return information about your Toughmate case, follow the steps below:

Step 2 

Mark the RMA# on the outside of the box and include your name, phone number and the desired return shipping address inside the box with the defective case.

Step 3

Ship the case prepaid to:

Allow three weeks from date of receipt for repairs. The repaired or replaced case will be shipped back to you prepaid via UPS ground delivery.
